GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
The Lake Doster Lake Association is a non-profit organization that works to preserve the lake and protect the rights of the residents in the area. We strive to maintain the lake's natural beauty and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
The association is also responsible for enforcing the By-laws, Covenants and Restrictions, and rules for lake, docks, and the beach. The Board and Build Control Committee works closely to ensure that everyone in the association is following the rules and regulations for the preservation of the lake and home values.
