The Building Control Committee (BCC) is responsible for reviewing and approving all construction or modifications to dwellings, buildings, and docks within the residential association. They are guided by the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Rules, and By-laws of the association, and all requests must be submitted in written form, which can be found on the Forms page. The BCC ensures that all construction and modifications are in compliance with the standards set by the association.
The Land Use committee is responsible for looking into how the LDLA properties are developed and utilized. Please complete the Land Use form in order to use the main beach for any activity.
