I. Spring Clean-Up
Annually, the Committee will coordinate volunteers to remove any winter debris and prepare the area ready for the summer season’s use.
Periodically, the beach rules will be reviewed and may be updated. Proposed changes must be presented to the Board for approval and adoption at their discretion. If approved, the updated version will be published by the Board via the
III. Master Plan
The Committee will continue its efforts for an overall Master Plan, including projected expenses and capital improvement costs. The competitive bidding process shall be reflected in the final proposal. Upon Plan completion, the written document shall be presented to the Board for consideration and approval.
IV. Reporting Status
The Committee will report to the LDLA Board, and specifically to the Board Member designated as the Director of Lake Operations.
